Subscription Cancellation Policy

Monthly Care Box Subscription

The Everhope monthly care box is a recurring subscription. Your payment method is charged once each month according to the subscription terms shown at checkout. The contents of the care box may change from month to month.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged or entered processing.

You may also skip an upcoming box or pause your subscription before the next renewal, where those options are available through your subscription account. Changes made after a renewal may apply to the following subscription order.

If a box has already been charged or prepared, cancellation or refund requests will be reviewed individually. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@everhopeinitiative.com.

Subscription boxes ship within the United States. Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after processing and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
